Teamwork

We have monthly off-site meetings where we gather together and share ideas, best practices and spark creativity. Sometimes we talk about the new developments relating to the future of our industry. Other times we develop our own innovative client services.

Special trainers and coaches are highlighted at our team-building events where we share wisdom and best practices. We believe in working together, not in silos. We are a team of one and believe when our clients win, we all win.

What You'll Do

At STA, we operate with different levels of expertise, for example, from an intern, project management, to senior consultant. We carefully review a particular candidate’s knowledge, training, and expertise. Additionally, we consider a candidate’s natural talents and exceptional experiences. This has led us to some of the most creative and top-performing strategists in our company.

Mentorship

Every consultant in our organization is mentored by a Senior Consultant or the Managing Director. We believe in constant-and-never-ending improvement and we incorporate this belief into our mentor program as well.

At the end of every project, our clients review and rate our performance on a point system based on service, results, and more. These points rate customer satisfaction and are earned by all the team members involved in a particular project.
